Andrew Cioffi
About Me.
My career in higher education began as an undergraduate student, studying the natural sciences. The opportunity to work as a peer educator and educational consultant drew me towards pursuing formal training in curriculum and instructional design.

I started my career in Disability Services by happenstance. My first professional role was in learning center administration. One of my roles was that of academic advisor for students with disabilities enrolled in a learning community. From there, I was drawn towards a more specialized role in providing disability-related access and accommodation support.

I currently serve as the Director of Disability Services at Suffolk University, my alma matter, and my areas of professional interest include promoting university-wide accessibility, assistive and emerging technology, and the intersection of disability and diversity.
